Nibbling the hand that feeds me

			Dancing the line of insulting this huge family
			Given to me by God -
			Putting forth views
			Which only a few may agree with.
			In setting my views on tolerance
			Am I as bad as those who I warn against?
			Those who do not tolerate other ways?
			And what of discrediting these ideals
			Due to the fact that I cannot be perfect?
			And more so:
			That I enact far too little
			Of what I preach -
			That I talk of such ideals
			Which are near impossible in practice.

			Lord!
			I pray understanding from those who I may offend -
			And that I may write what is right -
			That I might know when it is not,
			And that what I preach may be enacted.
