Don't close your eyes, miss the answer

			Here I wait,
			Patiently -
			At least - I try to.
			I cannot do anything else -
			I do not want to risk being distracted -
			For if I do become so,
			Then that which I have been waiting for
			May pass me by 
			Whilst I'm looking the other way.

			I don't believe that this answer will chase after me -
			Therefore in all things that I do
			I have to have it in mind -
			Watching for a clue,
			Looking for a revelation
			That may answer the question that I have -
			Even if not in the way I expected -
			Or from the direction from which I anticipated it to come.
