Couldn't Careless

			I cannot let her hold my emotions
			In the palm of her hand any longer -
			Able to turn my feelings torrid
			With such as a flicker of her eye.
			Her figure is burnt into my retina.
			I despise her and keep her away
			As a means of self defense.
			If she is no where near me,
			Not even in my sight,
			She cannot hurt me.
