Head Over Heels

		Why should one person 
		Have the power to decide the life I lead?
		The happiness or depression I feel?
		She has the power to dictate my life.
	
		I am obsessed.
		My social outings depend on her:
		If she is there, 
		I go;
		If she is not, 
		I don't go,
		Or go and wish she was there with me.
		My day is happy, 
		Or not,
		Because we have spent time together, 
		Or not.
		I am obsessed.

		She has just about absolute power in my life,
		If only she knew.
		Maybe it is better she does not. 

		She used to be simply a nice thing to have in my mind,
		But I have become addicted and infatuated.
		I wish these feelings were not so strong,
		But they are.
		I wish I was not obsessed,
		But I am.
