Impending Man

			So much of this world:
			Dirty, putrid -
			Not in body,
			But in soul.

			I am repulsed by the actions 
			Of unsanctified people
			All around the world.
			They are maybe not so evil -
			But they have shied away from God
			In an effort to feel comfortable in their acts of sin.

			The Devil has enjoyed the twentieth century,
			Will he continue to bask in his consuming darkness
			Throughout the twenty-first?
